What is your Jewellery made from?

Our Jewellery is predominantly produced in Sterling Silver, 18ct Gold Vermeil, 18ct Rose Gold Vermeil or Stainless Steel, each product will list its metal within the product description.

Our Sterling Silver is also rhodium plated, this is a tough, protective coating to protect against tarnishing & to improve durability. Rhodium is a member of the platinum group of metals, it is silver-hued & highly reflective, giving the perfect finish to our jewellery pieces.

What is Vermeil?

Vermeil, pronounced ‘ver-may’ is a Sterling Silver base metal, coated with 18ct Gold or Rose Gold which must be a minimum of 2.5 microns thick using a process known as electrolysis, this ensure the Jewellery is durable, unlike a standard plated metal, and will not tarnish.

How do I supply the Handwriting?

All we require is a clear photo of your chosen message uploaded to our website on your desired product.

How are your items packaged?

All of our Jewellery is carefully packed in a FREE Beige Gift Box with Gold Foiled detailing.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

Yes, we offer a 1 year Guarantee on all of our Jewellery items. This is to cover the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, this does not include wear & tear such as scratching, tarnishing/oxidisation which can be restored, plating fading over time, liquid/moisture damage or breakage through mishandling or accidental damage.

How long is your turnaround?

We aim to lovingly create your items within 1-3 days, however this is subject to change during our peak gifting times.

How much is Standard Personalisation?

FREE! We offer all of our Jewellery with free personalisation as standard.

Can I change my order once it’s been place?

Yes, providing your order has not yet been completed, our team will be happy to assist with any amendments that are required

I haven’t received a confirmation email

Once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation order, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure it hasn’t popped in there. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us and we will be happy to assist

I received my item but it is not suitable, what are my options?

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any NON-PERSONALISED items (excluding earrings) within 14 days of purchase. Please see our Returns Guide for further information

What if I’m not home to sign for my delivery?

The majority of our items are letter box sized and are sent using Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked, these do not require a signature & will be posted directly through your door, so no need to wait in.

If your item is too large, your lovely postman will leave a card & advise of your next options for re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office

Do you ship internationally?
