Step 1: Choose your jewellery and customisation options
Begin by selecting the ashes jewellery piece that speaks to you, each one designed with heart, precision, and purpose. It’s filmed gently and privately for you to give you peace of mind.
Step 2: Receive and return your kit
Once you’ve ordered, we’ll send a collection kit to your door with clear instructions, secure packaging, and a prepaid return envelope. The kit allows you to safely send a small amount of ashes or hair directly to us, so we can encapsulate it into your chosen ashes jewellery. Everything is labelled, tracked, and safeguarded from start to finish.
Step 3: We craft your Ashes Jewellery with care
When your kit arrives with us, our specialist team will begin handcrafting your ashes into jewellery. Each piece is carefully made in our UK studio, infused with your chosen Eternal Hues™, and if selected, enhanced with Aura Shimmer™ or Memory Blend™. If you opted for Sacred Moments™, we’ll also film the moment your inclusions are added, so you can feel completely at ease knowing everything was handled with respect and honour.
Your jewellery is then lovingly hand-finished and returned to you, usually within five working days of receiving your kit.
