With fingerprint, handprint, nose and paw print pieces, we require a print, using our inkless print kit gives the best results. For ashes jewellery, we’ll send you an ash collection kit with everything you need to safely send us the ashes, and from there, we’ll handle them with all the care and respect they deserve.

Yes, we offer a 1-year guarantee on all of our jewellery items, covering the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear such as scratching, tarnishing or oxidisation, plating fading over time, liquid or moisture damage, or breakage caused by mishandling or accidental damage.
The most important things to keep in mind are to avoid contact with make-up, lotions and perfumes, remove your jewellery every night before bed and store pieces separately away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth – avoid chemical cleaners.
