You can also personalise your memorial jewellery further by adding a second engraving on the back of the jewellery or by adding additional charms such as birthstones, robins, angel rings and more to tell a complete story.
What do I need to send you to create my memorial jewellery?
This completely depends on the jewellery you choose. For handwriting pieces, we just need a clear photo of their handwriting, and we can transfer this through engraving. Similarly, for photo and illustration pieces, we just need a clear photo of what you’d like transferred and we’ll carry that memory over onto your chosen design.
With fingerprint, handprint, nose and paw print pieces, we require a print, using our inkless print kit gives the best results. If you don’t have one, a clear photocopy, scan or photograph of the print will work just fine. We can also work with pencil fingerprints, see our guide for step-by-step instructions.
For ashes jewellery, we’ll send you an ash collection kit with everything you need to safely send us the ashes, and from there, we’ll handle them with all the care and respect they deserve.
How long does it take to make my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your personalisation details, we lovingly aim to create your piece within 1–3 working days for most engraved jewellery. Please allow extra time during busy gifting periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
Ashes jewellery and pieces in 18ct Gold typically require around 4–6 weeks due to the additional specialist processes involved.

Please note this does not cover general wear and tear such as scratching, tarnishing or oxidisation, plating fading over time, liquid or moisture damage, or breakage caused by mishandling or accidental damage.
How do I care for and clean my memorial jewellery?
The most important things to keep in mind are to avoid contact with make-up, lotions and perfumes, remove your jewellery every night before bed and store pieces separately away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth – avoid chemical cleaners.
